I started woodworking when I was 5. Mainly because it was what my father and grandfather did for a living. I gave it up before I took my O levels and spent the next 40 yrs as an electrical engineer. I inherited my fathers tools just before I took early retirement and decided to give it a go. I have got all the toys I just need the confidence to tackle something a bit more ambitious. The things in my gallery were made because they were needed, except for the little box. That was made from Plane from a tree that my brother cut down in his garden and Mahogany from a garden chair that was dismantled.
