Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as a sanding ball or dome approx 25mm diameter (or there abouts) that would fit a standing drill? I want to be able to use my drill to finish off a model and create a very shallow hollow.

I have looked on line and can't seem to find anything. There are very small round 3mm diameter bits to fit Dremel tools etc but these are too small and are more for drilling/cutting rather than sanding and I also see a burnishing/ polishing dome mop but this looks too soft

cheers Steve

Thanks Derek. I did see these on an American website and they are every expensive. I have found a site that tells you how to make something similar so I will give that a bash

Thanks. I had a look but the sanding part is not circular enough or hard enough for what I need. Ideal for bowl shaped items though
