Hi All

This is my latest project. It's made from reclaimed walnut (drawer-fronts and a cupboard door) that was destined for a skip!

It was in tended to be a wedding present for a couple of musician friends of mine. However, due to a number of reasons - including moving house, building and setting up a new workshop, and my complete inability to finish a project on time - it is now 7 months after the wedding!

Great job Paul, I love the design of the top. I'm sure your friends would still appreciate it even if a bit late. Congratulations on a fine piece of craftsmanship .

Great bit of skill Paul, especially as you managed to save the timber from a fate worse than death! Why people throw stuff like this away is completely beyond me. Walnut no less!

Well worth the wait Paul, they should love it, and maybe think they need one each!

Ron. Nice idea, but I've run out of reclaimed walnut.

I delivered it last night: it was very well received.

It's beautiful, great design and the walnut is gorgeous. It's a perfect gift to your musician friend that they will treasure forever. Excellent work Paul!
