Been practising with my scrollsaw today as it was quite and had a go at this little angel it is 3 1/2" tall and 2 1/4" wide made out of 1/8" thick ply. I have now got use to turning corners but still need more practice.

I am still having problems with the blade clamps and thinking of getting **LINK**

hopefully will improve the changing of the blade especially when doing pierced work.

Anyone had any experience of it

Nicely done Derek, I seem to have lost the patience required for such work and haven't done any for quite some time.

cheers. Ian

Derek

please let us know how you get on with the olson conversion kit, I might have one myself, although I have just made my own clamp and there working ok but they are a bit heath robinson.

AS for blades you might like to check out Mike at mikesworkshop.com he supplies genuine FD's for around $3 a dozen £1.80ish and ships world wide for a little extra.

Oh nice little piece by the way

Dave

PS if you need to know anything as regards scrolling see you here **LINK**

That looks good. Very nice design and quite intricate and you executed it well. I'm sure the next scroll saw projects will be easy for you because you have great practice.
