Looking to buy a Clarke 600 biscuit jointer, the reviews seem to be very good so far. Wondered if anyone has one and what their opinion was? Also believe it was reviewed in Good Woodworking but I am unable to find that particular issue, does anyone know which issue it was?

Welcome to the site Bootes.

If you are going to use it a lot then spend a bit more and get a good one. I have a Einhal one and it is OK for the amount of use it gets.

Spares can be a pain to get hold of I once ordered a bung for a Clarkes water pump and it took 6 months to get it.

Thanks for the info, won't be used that much but need it to be accurate.

I have one of those and it has been ideal for the ammount of work I do. I have used it to join planks for a table top I made and it was very accurate. I thought it was good value for money
