Well lets see if we can get the grey cells working.

I have come by woodworking 2 chisels withe the stamped name Of TOGA made in sheffield have done a search and found very little on the name.

Could be me not knowing where to look. Has anyone heard of them are they worth keeping as good or just as tin openers.

Hi Derek, I have couple of these tools and i have had then twenty years. They came from a job lot from a deadstock market (remember them. Definitley pre Ebay) I found them to be basic and have reground some to make specilised scrapers. Not a patch on HSS.

I too have a couple of these chisels, I have tried to flatten them and get a good edge on them, and it's been an absolute waste of time, my advice, dont bother.
