club winter compertition

it is our winter compertition tomorrow and i am not shure which entry to put in between the bowls below.

or this one .

will have to make my desision tomorrow.

i will take photos of the entrys and post them here later.

will let you know tonight which one i put in. the finish is not that grand on the bottom one the oil is just soaking in all the time even though i used sand sealer to start with.

The Ringtons bowl looks quite good, nice finish and good colouring technique

tha ringtons bowl is actualy a tea pot buisket tin. i had a time puting the spout on it. the bowl dident get any wear at the club compertition but owell next time .

thank you for the comments. Derek if you had seen the ash bowl then you wouldn't of said that the finish was that good it didn't finish good enough to enter it in the end. Robby i will post photos later tonight of all the entries in both classes. there were allot of really good turned work entered.
