![]() 1048 forum posts 1235 photos | Thanks guys. Ian, I dont get a lot of time for myself but tonight I have just been out for a ride on my friends bike to unwind a bit and it was nice. The finish I mention is indeed a spray finish. it is Morrells AC lacquer. i use a sealer coat first and then a clear over it. Well Dave these are to match some chipboard crap that are mounted on the opposite wall, i think they will outlast them though. LOL. |

I have almost finished the kitchen cabinets. I am waiting for some maple to make the cornice and plinth for them, and a couple of sets of hinges. Here are a couple of shots of them.

I finally got the kitchen cabinets fitted after waiting an age for the maple to make the mouldings!
Excuse the poor photos as I forgot my camera and took these with my phone. Mind you it does show the cabinets in their true colours which match the originals on the opposite wall. :D
my customer was very happy with them and has ordered a large oak computer desk. so I went home with two cheques. :D
