Hi guys, I am interested in buying a hand held metal detector for checking for bit of nails and staples that may be hidden in the wood before I put it though my thickness plainer, I normally just look for them but have missed them a few times and it has cost me a set of blades.
What type of metal detector would recommend?
Cheers Paul

I have the 'Little Wizard' detector from Rutlands and it works a treat. Not too expensive either. HTH.
