this bowl was a little harder than the others that i have made. with the edges coming around and then fresh air it was so easy to get your fingers in the way. the finish is finishing oil. the bowl is 7"x4" in size.

I hate to tell you Dennis but there is a hole in it

Seriously a very nice bowl A little rustic by leaving the bowl thicker than usual

hi Derek
thank you for that. i have made the bowl thicker as if it got any thinner it would have a lot more holes in it.

Very nice work Dennis. Personally I like the chunky style for things like this - much more "touchy-feely" than the really thin ones that you are afraid to pick up.

Nice one Dennis, did the squirrels make the hole try to get at the nuts?

Very nice Dennis.

Lovely piece of wood, I think the chunky look suits it.

hi All
it seems that others liked this bowl as it sold within 15 mins of going on to my stall at craft fair today.
