Hi Dave, it's not the best fit but its not 1/ 1.5mm over size. In my head the table saw is not going to be the most accurate and precise machine in the world so I think its good for what i use it for, If you are not happy with the fit in the T Slot replace it with a better fitting piece of hard or ply wood.

yes i have already replaced it,i was just curious if i happened to of got the friday aftertnoon model
and no we no there not the most accurate but also if we no the faults we can usually work with them.
