Hi all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
When I use an XP PC I can post quite happily on the forum. However, when I am at home using a laptop with Windows 7, I cannot post successfully.
I am signed in and it doesn't appear to do anything differently to when I am using XP, except there is no post.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Neil,

Are both your machines running the same browser - more thinking of if you are running IE9 on your W7 box -

IE9 has loads of settings that need to be changed - I swapped after the update to Opera and never looked back -

I would try another browser first as a process of elimination!

Hi Neil,
When you have this problem are the two computers use the same ISP.
Occasionally I have a problem when using my Vodafone dongle on my laptop but this is definitely a Vodafone problem.
My laptop is on win7 32bit.
I use Firefox but semaphore would be better than any version of IE.
Having just had a quick read of Opera I might try it on my Laptop for when I have a poor mobile connection.

Hi Bill and Steve,
Thank you for your posts. I am trying this with FireFox, instead of IE9 and IT WORKS.

I use Win7 64bit and IE9 and have had no problems. XP also gave me no problems.
I swop between IE9 and firefox depending on the whim of the moment.
