MARC & RON     At alstv I have managed to post some of the joints made with   the  Router Boss  . I have just finished making 42  mortice and tennons for a friend of mine and amazed at the speed and accuracy I managed to get.

Also just learned that there is a UK Distributer for the Router Boss
Richard Fairbrother  if you go to his site he has video showing the use of the RB
www.rftoolshop.co.uk

I have posted 3 pictures below showing the joints  hope this of interest

Very nice, but at £659. I don,t  think many people on this sight will be rushing out to buy one.

Hi David

Very nice but, as John mentioned, it is a lot of money and, its not impossible to cut all of those by hand..........if care is taken.........just imagine how you feel now with what you done with the machine to how you would feel if you did it by hand.....its only quicker

Good luck with it anyway....

Amazing accuracy, but way too specialist for me. Not that I can afford one anyway.

Looks great, but it does seem to be best uited to a workshop where time is important

Hi David

I like your joints very much, I have the woodrat which is very much the same as your Router Boss. Like you mine was a gift otherwise I coulden't afford it but it does do a fantastic job, I think that it's as good as your imagination as it does realy rely on jig making to a very great extent.
Good luck with it
