Evening all  , havent been in the workshop for  a while . I managed to steal a few hours today so I thought I would build my own router table fence as the one that came with my Woodstar table was a little out of true , by a mile actually and after hours of playing I still couldnt get it to sit right .

So I had a bit of 18mm MDF left over from a job and began with that . I decided to make it the full length of the table instead of just a third like the facotry model .   I am sorry If it resembles other peoples fence's .
On the base I just had to match up the bolt slots and cut the clearance hole , I used a 45 degree cutter to bevel the edges to help with airflow and hopefully lessen build up of debris .

Come finish , I now have a very true and straight fence . All I have left to do is make my feather boards .

Cheers All

Hello Sam,   That is why members put ideas onto this forum,so that others with less experience can be helped. Looks like a super job you have made of it too.Would like to see pics when it is finished.  Well done.   Alan T.

You've done a great job there Sam.

As the others have mentioned, its from other members who give clear write ups and stage by stage pictures that help and with the knowledge they all work, you cant go wrong

Well done mate
