Thats a very striking piece the combination between the polished bowl and the "rustic" sleeper works realy well.

Hi Ralph

Thank you very much! this is the piece i referred to in "unbalanced blank". i tried both your and George's suggestions, which is how the vibration problem was solved.

i really appreciate the help and the feedback, good or bad

Well done it's worked out well, to think the Ausies use this lovely wood like we use
deal for pallets and cable drums. glad we could help.

Happy to help, I had a piece of Jarrah Burr about 18 years ago, havnt been able to afford it since, and to think it was once a railway sleeper
