First question should not detain you long...

1 How is your Latin?  Give me the common names of these three trees all found growing in England

A            Quercus Robur

B            Aesculus Hippicastanatum

C          Taxus Baccalata

Which one of these three is an introduced species?

Very good George Only you got it wrong it should read "illegitimi non carborundum"..

If you want Latin try this for size "Estne volumen in toga, an solum tibi libet me videre?"

Oh how great for a classics education!!!

I stand corrected, I left school when I was fourteen, so latin is a foreign language to me, I have job enough coping with english.

Never learnt Latin but it probably means something like

"Is that a scroll in your toga, or are you just happy to see me?"

By the way that is not the correct answer
