With the snow falling thick & fast, it`s midday & i`ve still not managed to fight my way to the workshop door.

Not that i`m trying too hard  it`s a bit too warm & cozy by the fire.

Perhaps one more mug of coffee & then maybe............

Come on Baz - get a move on!

I've had to go out this morning so I reckon everyone else should suffer the same!

I do like cheese Derek.

Didn`t get to finish that mug off coffee both of the schools my lads go to, texted to say they were closing, so i went to fetch them.

The younger one loved it , as i took the sledge with me & i pulled him all the way home.

It looks like we`re in for more as well

We aint got any snow, it is comming to a place near us tonight, Milton Keynes let's hope that is where it stays,
I have not been out in the workshop, I have a green house heater which takes the chill off, but have no inspiration to do much at the moment, nothing is urgent so I am staying in the warm,

Ron where is the quiz? give us something to think about, how you can get people to take an interest I don't know, perhaps you will have to strip of and run a cross the screen naked, second thoughts wait for the warmer weather there will be more to see

George, question one was posted five minutes ago. I will drip feed the questions to keep up the suspense.

As for strippingoff naked, well in my case there will be little of interest in this weather!

Yesterday, I would have said no. Even though, it spent most of the day 'trying' to snow...

When I woke up earlier this morning, there was almost 2in. on the ground and it's usually worse the closer you get to Bristol - that's more than enough to 'shut the country down' and it's still snowing here (it's not heavy but, it is still coming down)!

"Up in Lancashire" we have had thick snow since just before Christmas and been having plenty since.  Been managing to get into my 'day job', but have not been lucky enough to escape into my workshop in  the evenings, but did pop in last night, all dry snug and reasonably warm, as I leave tubular heaters running 24/7

I Managed to escape into the shop last night, & as the kids are singing on the WII this morning, it wont be long until i`m back in there.

Has the snow taken its effect on our friendly moderator, it seems a while since i`ve seen his dulcet posts

Hope all is well Marc.

Cheers all for now.

Hi Baz
Thanks for the thoughts mate

Sadly my problem was/is a virus from an email over the new year that wiped out 10 years of work and all computer software. .....been playing on it and finally getting somewhere....

Regarding the snow......we had 1 1/2 foot over night and its started again....luvly jubbly

Marc
