It looks great Dennis, just an idea, but can you fix a LED in side? That would really show it to advantage

    Ron have you by eny chance been talking to my work mates as that is exactly what one of them is saying.
 
   Alan and all thank you for the comments and prase the lamp went down well and yes he did like it and realises how long it took to do.(about 6 hrs in all with glue up, turning and wiring up)

hi Mark
  this is my second lamp and now i have a further 3 to make and need to get them done soon as they want them for christmas presents for their parents. the thing is i like to make each one difrent so as to make them unique.
    the segmented work is easy (open segments that is) all you need to do is visit sue harkers web site and see how it is done.
