i want to sound proof the workshop neighbours and the thiefs dont whant to use plaster boards any good ideas

Jay, what type of wall have you?
If its wood, try polystyrene sheets, 8' x 4' and cut them down to size, you can get them quite cheap at B&Q and just ply or batten on top.
