Hi,

Anyone know if the dates for the 2010 International Woodworking Exhibition have been confirmed?

For those of us living outside the U.K., now is the time to know in order to get an acceptable deal from Michael O'Leary & Co. ha .......he's the Ryanair CEO for those in the dark

 Cheers !

Hi Guys
"Woodworking Live" is the new name for IWEX, trying to re-juvenate it i think !!
Anyway the show has been moved to March in 2010 to counter any possibility of snow storms like 2009 ! 12th - 14th March is the dates you need.
All the best
Jon

oh thats good to know.... just as well i didnt book any flights for february !

Really looking forward to the new show, i believe the IWEX had been rather poor in recent years, especially when compared to other shows like the upcoming D&M Tool Show. Will be good to hopefully have a worthwhile major annual event back on the scene again

Hi all,

I can confirm that IWEX is being relaunched as GetWoodworking.live. Lots of resources are going into the show and we've got some top class contributors lined up too.

Click here for more details and here to buy tickets online.

More details on what you'll find at the show to follow soon – keep an eye on the news section of the home page.

Cheers,
Ben

Is the show mainly for export? Such as Asian and western style furniture export?

Thanks guys, I have clicked on  Mark's 'link' and found the names of the winners but had hoped to have seen photos of the winning exhibits at Ally Pally.

Is there anywhere on here where I can find them?

Sorry, don't come into here often (in fact this is dutifull wife doing the checking out now 'cos Alan doesn't do computers)
