anybody ever drill and fix a power feed to a cast iron top do you need a special drill bit any advice on doing it and do the record cutters fit the axminster universal cutter block for a spindle moulder

Yes, it's easy to do.
The cast iron drills very easily with a HSS drill bit, I used a block of wood drilled with a hole on the mortiser to ensure that the holes were at 90 degrees to the spindle bed when drilled with a hand held power drill. I chose to drill and tap the holes rather than use nuts and bolts, its easier to miss the casting webbs that way. If you haven't used a power feed before you are in for a treat! they're a real pleasure.
 The cutters all seem to be to the same standard size to fit a euro block, so I think the answer is yes.

 I suggest you have a look at the Hammer Machines (Felder) Mine was a sensible price and works well. I assume they have an outlet in your area.
