replacement drive belt

I have an old but good electric hand planer a Tarplaner Mk.1V. the drive belt has broken and I have been unable to source a new one. Does anyone have any ideas.

Have a look at the bottom of this page at shopping partners click on more links, there are two firms advertised on there that may be able to help, hope thats useful,

there is usually a firm near by where you can get belts, pulleys and bearings, try Yellow Pages, take your old belt with you. I recently replaced adrive belt for my lathe like this at half the manufacurers list price
