Got to agree with Sparky there Al, a lovely table, what woods have you used? The top looks a nice contrast with the legs.

Baz, the wood that I used was Ash, and although the legs look a different colour from the top, with age (the photo was taken 6 years ago) the legs are now the same colour as the top.

Did you manage to get the Ash big enough for the legs or did you have to glue them up first ?
 
They look like they are well matched, nice job.

No problem with the ash Ralph, they started off 4" square, I planed them all round prior to turning and so they ended up about 3 3/4" square.
