A handy little sander

7631 forum posts 22 photos	Hi gang Just noticed this handy little sanding block at Lidls from the 16th Feb. With sturdy wooden handle and 2 strong metal clamps to hold sandpaper in place Not bad for £3.90! Also............... Set contains the following grades (grit): 150 (coarse), 300 (fine) and 400 (extra fine) (not sure of size but, could be the small versions of 2" long) at £2.45 Plus other workshop tools. I did forget to leave a link to the site so, here it is.......>> HERE<< They do come out with some decent tools now and then....I must admit, a lot of those I have Ralph I had paid £14.00 for my callipers last year and they are identical..... 1602 forum posts 73 photos	Hi Mark, the sharpening stones are the 6" long by 2" wide ones. Brilliant value for money, I didn't need any more, but at that silly price I bought myself a set, and a set of 5 ratchet spring clamps for £4.88. Al

I bought some last year, they had two sizes, great value for money a couple did snap but it wasa quite a lot of use later ! I will have to nip down there and get a couple. Ralph

7631 forum posts 22 photos	Went to the shop today..........all sold out Regarding those clamps. I got some last time they were being sold and there not bad......except one of the small ones, the gripping jaws keep sliding off sideways when in use so, its an art Deco still life at the moment Marc
