Good evening, I am a french teacher and I would like to come with some of my students; they are between 16 and 18 and are studying woodworking. I would like to have some information (price, exhibitions, openinghours...) about the International Woodworking Show in London from 8th to 10th of February. Thank you very much Nafissa Moulla

Hi all, I've added a link to the page that allows you to buy tickets. I'm assured that more details will be coming my way soon. As soon as I have any additional information I'll add it to the show page.

I've never been before, but I'm thinking of going this time. What sort of things do other woodworkers get from the show, I wonder?

Bottlewasher,

See other peoples work in the competitions, just to make you envious, all the latest machinery, again as before, Many items for sale, workshops and demonstrations to join in with, and so much more, you'll enjoy the day at Ally-Pally. Buy advance tickets, save a fair bit.

Hope it will be better than last year.  We made the journey from the North of England and quite frankly thought it a waste of time.

anthony,

It's nowhere near as full as it was a few years ago, but there is always something to see that has to be new or interesting.

D,

Hi Ben,

I'm looking forward to the woodworking show at Alexandra Palace this year. Should be a lot to do and see, new contacts to make and so on. Hope all goes well with the show preparations. Lots of things to do I know, but it will be worth it. Wish you success.

I always try to listen to some of the masterclasses.. I always listen to John Pizey who gives one on french polishing. He's brilliant. Most things you can get from a catalogue but talking to people .......................
