Hi. I wonder if anyone can help.
I was joining a vertical post and a green oak sleeper together with a timber screw but made a mistake and didnt check to keep the 2 pieces of wood together whilst screwing as the screw did not pull the oak sleeper towards the post, now leaving a gap.
In my wisdom(!) I tried to pull it by screwing in the other side but same issue happened. Now I am stuck with 2 screws which cannot be taken out. They are both in about 20-40mm.
Can anyone suggest a fix at all please?
Thank
