Made from sapele and tulip wood hours of fun preparation work and about twenty minutes turning

Finished sanding to 400 grit then yorkshire sheen then two coats of melamine brushed on and buffed up

This is awesome. Beautiful finish. Your an artist mate. What lathe have you been using? I am considering buying a lathe that is fit for a beginner like me. Just went through this site (link pasted below), and I think Delta midi lathe is perhaps the most suitable option for me. What do you guys suggest?
