The link was about oxalic acid, I googled it hand found it was dangerous stuff. I cant open the link either, so I suggest you google it as well!

Oxalic acid is used in furniture restoration, but as you say, it is dangerous stuff.

It can be bought from Finneys Wood Finishes, they also have a great advice page on all things finishing and restoration.

I tried a lot of tools to clean my tools from rust, but to the end nothing worked.
My friend advised me to go to Contractosfinder, in large companies they use some kind
of liquid that they buy in large quantities and the man helped me with the help of this liquid to clean my tools.

You can use sand paper with lemon or vinegar. vinegar helps to remove the rust from tools.
