1 forum posts | Hello everyone I have to relay some new parquet flooring tiles I have made out of Mahogany the old tiles were laid with bitumen but have been told that is not allowed in houses anymore can anybody suggest what adhesive to use Many Thanks. |

![]() 99 forum posts 12 photos | If you are laying on bare concrete screed or any other absorbent base, then use a universal flooring adhesive, do not use where non absorbant surfaces are present. If to use on sealed surface then contact adhesive will be the preferred material, P.V.A. may work when at least one surface is absorbant. Derek. |
