606 forum posts 242 photos | Hi thought I would start on Christmas early there are more to make each year I have two more lazy Susan's to make easy till you have to put the final 4 screws in Then a magnified screw driver is a must The wood is a job lot I bought on ebay an incredible bargain £24 for the lot The two main burrs are massive and as I have not attempted these as big before I am going to seek some advice hopefully from the forum and my club Robby the photos are in albums don't know why they have not appeared here Edited By sad sam on 23/09/2016 08:10:56 |

And you certainly got a great deal on all of that wood, I think the burrs are something that need to be seen in person before making any suggestions but from the photo in you album they look like they will produce something special when you get around to making something from them. |

606 forum posts 242 photos | Cheers derek I was delighted with the wood I had to pick it up from a country village about an hour's drive away We had a great day out and a bargain to boot with hopefully more to come I am toying with the idea of using the club's bowl saver on the large round burr I've not used one have you? And the one shaped like Britain into a table top or cut it and get four or five bowls Robby |
