hi there my bandsaw keeps tripping out when I take my finger of the switch anybody had similar problems it's a sip 01444

Do you mean that it will not stay running once you press the starter button if so it could be a faulty switch or dust in the switch. So unplug the machine and open the switch box and give it a blow out first to see if that helps

It may be a NVR which is a non volt release, you may need to replace the switch. You said in earlier posts that you bought this second hand, did you check with the seller that it worked ok?

Thanks lads I opened the door it was full of dust so I cleaned it out and hooved it out it works fine now thanks so now Ian looking for a vent kit for it if there is one

Hi Stephen, how are you getting along with your bandsaw now. Is it all working well for you. Have you bought a Tuffsaw blade, as they do make a great deal of difference to all bandsaws.
