Have you tried measuring the port?

I had a quick look on dewalts web site but couldn't see any special adapters.

id35mm and od 42mm i have found an adapter or i think i have, its a dewalt dwv9000 , i e-mailed axminster and was told to use a universal stepped adapter which you cut to size ,i have seen some clips on you tube and the one they are useing looks more professional , have contacted dewalt and at this minute are waiting for a reply, just thought some of the woodworkers who use this particular router might have come across this problem before, barry

Trya bit of waste pipe and a hot air gun, you can make your own fittings fairly easily, just get the pipe hot enough to soften and the mould it to shape
