Hi Bill and Steve,

Thank you for your posts. I am trying this with FireFox, instead of IE9 and IT WORKS.

Great.

Hi all,

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

When I use an XP PC I can post quite happily on the forum. However, when I am at home using a laptop with Windows 7, I cannot post successfully.

I am signed in and it doesn't appear to do anything differently to when I am using XP, except there is no post.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Neil

Hi Mailee,

Well done, they look even better now they're finished.

Also, thank you for the link. Do you need a trade account or can anyone use them?

Thanks,
Neil

Thread: Looking for a course on the Leigh Jig in the East Midlands
30/08/2011 10:53:49
Hi Al,

I am cutting dovetails, just not 100% every time. Rather than waste even more time, I thought that a course would quickly bring me up to speed.

Thanks for the idea of looking for a video.

Thanks,
Neil

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get a course on the Leigh jig, preferably in the East Midlands?

I've spoken to Ramon Weston and he's retired now. Also, I don't want to travel to Axminster.

Thanks,
Neil

Hi Derek,

Thank you. The proportions of your oak and walnut table are exactly what I was looking for.

Can you please let me know the thickness of the top and legs?

Thanks,

Neil

Hi all,

I am looking for plans for a side table. I would appreciate any help that you could give me.

Is there an index of projects for GWW?

Thanks, in advance,

Neil

Thread: Is there an electronic index of articles that have appeared in GWW?

Hi Ben,

That would be good.

Neil

Hi Mike,

To me, GWW is Good Woodworking.

From time to time they publish an index in the mag, so they must have it electronically somewhere. It would be very useful to have it on this site.

Cheers,

Neil
