TURNING AT LE MOULIN The Craft Supplies courses are run by Nick and Fran Davidson, and
are held at Le Moulin de la Materette, situated near the tiny hamlet of Durban-sur-Arize in the beautiful
Ariège region of the French Pyrenees. They consist of fi ve half-days of tuition for the turner with the
course tutor, Jaimie Wallwin, which leaves plenty of free time to enjoy the facilities at Le Moulin and
the beauty of the surrounding area. Non-turning partners can simply enjoy the fi ve-day break. The
10-acre site has a large heated swimming pool, and there are facilities for badminton, table tennis,
croquet and boules. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy the spectacular surroundings, wildlife and
historic sights. Accommodation at Le Moulin is in en-suite rooms, with breakfast, buffet lunch and
