    Dauid,

Don`t know anything about the record, but i have the Axminster one & it`s superb.

I have mine in the workshop with the fine filter fitted, which although it cuts down the suction of the machine a little, it still copes easily with my surface planer, thicknesser, tablesaw, bandsaw & i even hook it up to the underside of my router table.

Definitely wouldn`t be without it, & would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The ADE2200 will also be a lot than the DX4000 when it's running. It's ideal for large chippings but, if you reduce the pipe diameter to less than 100m (ie. for power tool use) it won't be very effective. The cartridge filter is essential for a plumbed-in system though, otherwise the very fine saw dust will just escape back in to your shop's atmosphere.
